Japanese watchmaker Casio, this year in Basel has introduced several new models. In this news article we’re focusing to the new analog model Casio G-Shock Gravity Defier Aviator GW-A1100, which belongs to Gravity Defier collection of watches. Models in this collection are designed so that they can withstand the G forces, which are exposed only pilots of combat aircraft to.

Although it is an analog watch it is no inferior to digital models. The new model has a compass, a feature that its predecessor had. Compass works quite simply, the direction is displayed by the second hand which is made of carbon. Unfortunately there is no LED illumination.

To ensure maximum accuracy, the watch features automatic time synchronization with atomic clock in five countries (USA, UK, Germany, China, and two clocks in Japan), six times a day. The model also features Smart Access crown, through which you can easily and quickly activate certain functions of hours.

Dimensions of  Casio G-Shock Gravity Defier Aviator GW-A1100 watch are 48.4 × 53.8 × 17.3mm. This analog model is black with green accents. It has a sapphire glass, solar-powered battery, GMT function, alarm and stopwatch with a precision of 1/20 sec.

It is expected that its retail price will be around $500.
